Returning your order is simple. Please read the information below before starting your return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels, tags and the return ribbon loop still attached.

If the return ribbon loop has been removed, the item will not be accepted for return unless the item is faulty.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be free from marks, make-up, tan, fragrance, product stains, pet hair, odours or signs of wear.

Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions by email.
