  • During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

  • Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the order date.


Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 48 Hour aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow time for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Branded by Codie is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

  • If your parcel is delayed, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number.

  • Parcels are considered lost only once Royal Mail confirms this.


Undelivered or Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Parcels

  • Any issues with damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International delivery times vary by location.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
