Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy.


Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, including makeup marks, odour, washing, or damage, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the return ribbon loop has been removed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personalised or custom-made items (if applicable)


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only once returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • To change size or style, items must be returned for a refund and a new order placed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost returns.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Any faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and your order number must be provided.

  • Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Use the contact form and message us with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
