We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Returns Policy (UK)

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original tags and packaging still attached.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bodysuits or accessories (unless faulty).

How to return an item:

We will reply with return instructions and address.
Once we receive your items back and confirm their condition, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Return Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or wrong items

If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can resolve this for you.
